Attorney Marrero Rosado completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science with a concentration on Government, Law and Public Policy, and International Relations at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, in May 2018.
She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law (UPR) in 2021. During her time at the School of Law, she participated in the Legal Aid Clinic specializing in Immigration Law, where she represented clients in naturalization processes, adjustment of status, and cancellation of removal cases, among others, under the supervision of Attorney Zambrana Avilés. Additionally, she served as Spokesperson for the Pro Bono Immigrant Orientation Services (SOI) for two years, providing support and guidance to immigrant communities in Puerto Rico.
Attorney Marrero Rosado joined our team as a legal assistant in April 2021. In this role, she worked with the Firm’s clients on various immigration petitions, including employment-based immigration applications, among others.
Since February 2023, Marrero Rosado has worked as an associate at Colón Serrano Zambrana. In her capacity as an associate, she has taken a leading role in our immigration cases and has actively represented employers in arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements. She has also provided legal defense to various private sector entities in claims for damages.
